Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (or Arusha Airport), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative driver and transferred to your hotel in Arusha.
This day is kept at leisure, allowing you to relax, unwind, and settle in after your journey, surrounded by the calm atmosphere of the city.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After a relaxed morning, your professional safari driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 AM to begin your safari adventure.
You will drive to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. As you enter the park, the landscape opens up into vast savannah dotted with these iconic trees, creating a truly picturesque setting.

Day 3: Ndutu (Great Migration Calving Area)
After breakfast at Mawe Mawe Manyara Lodge, drive toward the Ndutu region, part of the southern Serengeti Ecosystem. As you travel, the landscape gradually opens into vast grass plains ideal conditions for the Great Migration calving season.
During this time of year, Ndutu becomes the epicenter of the migration, with thousands of wildebeest giving birth within a short period. The abundance of newborn calves attracts large numbers of predators, creating some of the most intense and rewarding wildlife viewing in Africa.
Enjoy game viewing en route, followed by an afternoon game drive in Ndutu, where sightings of lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals are common. The open terrain allows for excellent visibility and outstanding photography.

Day 4: Full Day in Ndutu – Great Migration Calving Experience

With both morning and afternoon game drives, you will have ample time to witness wildebeest mothers nursing their newborn calves, large herds stretching across the plains, and predators closely following the migration.
This period offers exceptional predator action, as lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas take advantage of the abundance of young animals. The Ndutu area is also less crowded than the central Serengeti, allowing for a more intimate and immersive safari experience.
Between game drives, enjoy time to relax at the camp, soak in the surrounding wilderness, and review the day’s sightings before heading out again.
